At BaubleBar, we want you to love your new jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized pieces and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your jewelry in its original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
